Responsibilities

· Be responsible for completing the PCB schematic design and the layout and wiring of the PCB circuit board according to the product requirements.

· Work closely with hardware engineers to optimize the PCB design and ensure circuit performance, signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility.

· Conduct design reviews of PCBs, propose improvement suggestions, and follow up on the PCB manufacturing and SMT production processes.

Qualifications

· Have more than 3 years of PCB design work experience, be familiar with the PCB design process and related software (such as Altium Designer, Cadence, Mentor PADS etc.). Design experience with ATE Test platform (e.g. V93K, J750, Chroma3380, UltraFlex, Magnum5, T5830, T5833) is preferred.

· Be familiar with the development process of electronic products, have good circuit principle knowledge and signal integrity analysis ability.

· Have a good spirit of communication and collaboration as well as teamwork, and be able to effectively cooperate with cross-functional teams.

MLO/MLC Design Engineer

· Be responsible for the design and development of MLO (multi-layer organic) / MLC (multi-layer ceramic) products to ensure that the products meet probe card wafer test performance and quality requirements.

· Use professional knowledge and experience to optimize the MLO/MLC structure and process to improve the reliability and stability of the products.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in project planning and scheme formulation, and provide technical support for the smooth progress of the project.

PI/SI Simulation Engineer

Responsibilities

· Be responsible for the simulation and analysis of power integrity (PI) and signal integrity (SI) of electronic products.

· Establish and optimize the PI/SI simulation model to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the simulation results.

· Propose improvement suggestions based on the simulation results and assist hardware engineers in optimizing the circuit design.

· Cooperate with cross-functional teams, participate in the formulation and evaluation of project plans, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.

Qualifications

Mechanical Designer

Responsibilities

· Creating layouts and concepts for systems and devices (production lines, cells, fixtures etc.).

· Development of draft designs and detailed designs in AutoCAD / Solidworks etc tools.

· Support of production control and the implementation of projects in workshop.

· Supervise outsource design, check outsource design drawing.

· Contact with customers and suppliers (specifications production) / Obtain and evaluate cost.

· Risk analysis / performance level analysis.

Qualifications

Field Application Engineer (FAE)

Responsibilities

· Drive PCB design projects serving as the technical liaison between customers and the DTS hardware design & production teams.

· Drive all customer technical issues to resolution.

· Manage customer projects and ensure alignment with DTS’s internal development teams.

· Interpret customer specifications, drawings, and input packages as they apply to PCB and test hardware design.

· Travel to DTS customers for on-site support as required: conduct schematic and layout reviews, debug and investigate technical issues, etc.

· Interface with PCB fab vendors to create stack-ups, specifications, and material selections.

Qualifications

· B.S.degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in PCB design.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in ATE / characterization hardwar.

· Hands-on experience with high speed board designs, schematics, and layouts.

· Familiarity with PCB CAD software viewers: Allegro, PADs, Altium.

· Experience with test platforms: Advantest 93k, Teradyne Ultraflex / Integraflex ATE, NI STS and PXI/PXIe.

· Experience with high speed SerDes (10-32Gbps data rates) desired.

· IPC certification (C.I.D or C.I.D.+) preferred

PCB Design Engineer

· Produce PCB layouts for medium to complex (mixed signal, RF and high-speed) designs.

· Generate manufacturing files and produce supporting documentation for these designs, including gerber, fabrication, and assembly drawings.

· Develop and maintain a component database, including schematic symbol library and footprint library.

· Working directly with applications and local engineers, completing all aspects of ATE PCB development process.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 3 to 5 years layout expertise using intelligent CAD software (Allegro, PADS, Altium).

· Good working knowledge of the Cadence Allegro Constraints Manager feature, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).

· Previous design experience for ATE applications, on Teradyne, Verigy and Advantest and other ATE Platforms is a must.

· Candidates should have a thorough understanding of multilayer high-speed PCB design.

· Must possess a good electrical knowledge and experience with high speed, RF and power design.

· Strong knowledge of component placement in relation to ATE Tester for best performance.

· Must be highly motivated independent individual who is detail and team oriented.

· Must be able to multi-task for time critical design schedules.

· Must understand the PCB fabrication process, and design for manufacturability.

· Excellent communication skills and being a team player is a must. English skills are preferable but not required.
